Most restaurants are live within a day. You add your menu, categories, and items through the admin dashboard. We recommend the Training & Setup add-on (30,000 MMK) for a guided walkthrough with your full team.
Yes. The base plan includes 1 branch. Each additional branch is 20,000 MMK/month. A Super Admin account can switch between branches and manage them all from one login.
The system requires an internet connection to operate (orders sync in real time). We recommend a stable WiFi setup for your venue. Staff can still view existing orders cached on their screen during brief outages.
No lock-in contract on monthly billing. Cancel anytime. Annual billing gets you 20% off and is charged once per year.
MQ manages the order flow — payment happens at your counter or reception the way you prefer (cash, KPay, Wave, card). We don't process payments ourselves, so you keep 100% of your revenue with no transaction fees.
